We’ll be featuring goods that have a positive affect on the people who make them or offer a contribution back to the world in some magical way…

Here are some of the offerings for the weekend…

Kidogo Kidogo:  “At Kidogo Kidogo, we sell phone cases.  But these cases do a lot more than just look good and protect your phone — they are putting life-changing mobile technology into the hands of women in Tanzania.  You see, when you buy a case, we buy a phone or phone credits to five to a woman in Afica who could not otherwise afford it.”

Sacred Waggers: A line of goods for your pooch.  Dog spa products, soaps, bandanas, essential oils, books and more.  When you buy these products at Sacred Waters we donate to fund Canine Adventure Walks for sheltered dogs.

Arts & Healing in South Africa: Support Arts and Healing in South Africa Art Therapy Program.  Arts & healing in South Africa believes in the inherent healing power of art.  T-shirt and Sweatshirt sales help create sustainable, culturally-relevant art therapy programs at the Bokamoso Life Center in Winterveldt, South Africa.  Since 1998, Bokamoso Life Center has integrated drama, music and poetry into education and leadership programs offered to young men and women within their community.

Sacred Waters also carries many local artisan crafts from Asheville, NC, Baltimore, MD, Bigfork, MT and right here in Richmond, VA…find your favorite soap and jewelry, journals and candles & other what-nots for the soul…buying from Sacred Waters supports the local community and heart loving artisans from U.S. cities near and far…we like to think we buy stuff from real people so our customers can love stuff from real people.
